How can I add stats for previous games?
You can add previous games manually as non-interactive games. Click on the Game Control button, then click on the Add a Non-Interactive Game button.
doHOOPS will ask you to choose the teams and enter the lineups, very much like a "normal" game. However, instead of displaying the newly "prepped" game on the Court, doHOOPS will pop up the Non-Interactive Game Editor. This Editor allows you to type in each player's stats for each period. You can also enter shot locations, if you choose.
A non-interactive game is not available for stats displays or for season-record information until you completely finish adding the stats for both teams and mark the game as FINAL (using the OFFICIAL Window) If you haven't marked the game as FINAL, you can call it back up into the Non-Interactive Game Editor (or into the OFFICIAL Window) by finding it in the "Finished Games Needing Final Approval" list at the bottom of the Game Control Window.
The only differences in stats between "normal" games and non-interactive games is that doHOOPS doesn't have play-by-play actions for non-interactive games; it only has period totals.
Because of that,
you won't be able to display the Score Window for a non-interactive
game (there won't be any scoring action details to show). And you
can't display the "normal" Actions Window, either --
clicking on the Actions button for a non-interactive game takes
you back to the Non-Interactive Game Editor instead of the "normal-game"
Action Window.
