A doHOOPS TIP:

Stats leaders for multiple games:

Upgrading from Version 1:
No need to uninstall! We do recommend that you back up your database and finish any uncompleted games before you install the new version, but otherwise, you can just download and install it on top of your existing doHOOPS version 1.

Cost to upgrade?
Nothing, for registered users of doHOOPS version 1 to download.
(This is a special one-time offer, to thank our doHOOPS customers for their support. All future upgrade versions will be free only within the first year of the original doHOOPS purchase itself.)

Try doHOOPS:

Software by:

doUPLOAD for MaxPreps

You can now click a button in doHOOPS to create a game stats file you can import to MaxPreps (just download and install the free doUPLOAD program, and you're ready to start).

If you post stats on another stats network, check with us. We'll be glad to check into the possibility of adding that network to doUPLOAD's exporting capabilities. As we add or update functions, all you'll need to do to keep up to date is download and install the latest doUPLOAD.

HTML Reports

Every doHOOPS report can now be saved as an HTML report, ready to e-mail (or to upload to your team's website).

You can customize your HTML reports with a graphic (your team or school logo, for example), and customize the page heading that shows your team's info.

Report Title Customization

You can now customize the titles for almost every doHOOPS report before you print it or save it as an HTML report.

Putbacks Processing

doHOOPS now helps speed up recording the action when a player attempts a putback or makes a successful putback. We've added the ability to record three related actions with the click of one button (shot-attempt / rebound / shot-attempt-OR-shot-made). You can turn this feature on or off in your game rules.

Layups and Points in the Paint

These stats are now available in various doHOOPS reports. They're auto-generated from shot locations, so you'll be able to see these stats for any games you've recorded using version 1 of doHOOPS, if you recorded shot locations for those games.

New Teams Comparison Report

A fast new way to see and print how your team is doing against your opponent, comparing the overall team totals for both teams for a number of stats.

Points Override for Scoreboard Display

While doHOOPS still bases the official score used in all reports on the actual field goals and free throws you record during the game, if you get behind (or need to start recording a game after it's already been in progress for some time), you can now type in a temporary override score to help your doHOOPS court display keep in sync with the field goals and free throws you enter after you enter the override score.

Fast Clock Forwarding

If you come in to a game late and need to set the game clock up by a period or two in order to match the live game clock time, you can now do that with one special clock change action, instead of manually setting the clock up through each "empty" period yourself.

New Player Substitution Option

If you need to substitute several players at once, but for only one of the teams, you can click on a new substitution icon beside that team's bench to pop up the Substitution window and have it display only that particular team's players.

Increased Number of Custom Report Formats

The number of custom report formats you can create and save for "Classic Stats" and "Season and Career Stats" reports is now 10, and you can now also choose which stats to include on the four standard report formats doHOOPS includes for Classic and Season and Career Stats.
