Hoppra, LLC. provides free e-mail support during your doHOOPS trial period and after you register your copy of doHOOPS.

On the spot.
doHOOPS makes it easy. You'll find a Support button in the doHOOPS Help Window. You can use this button to link to our FAQs area, the doHOOPS home page, or this support page. (You can also find your serial number and other registration info from this same Support button.)

The alternate route.
Web-browsers vary. And so do the preferences and settings on each computer. That's why we give you several different ways to reach us. If you find that your browser doesn't cooperate with us -- try an alternate method.

And you can always e-mail Support directly. We do ask that you include the following information along with your question(s):
   School or organization name
   Registered (or trial) user name
   Your e-mail address
   Your doHOOPS serial number
   Your doHOOPS version number

(You can click on the Support button in the doHOOPS Help Window to find most of this information. It's organized so you can easily copy it and paste it into your e-mail message without needing to add anything but your e-mail address and your support question.)
